Tropical Cyclone May Threaten Guam Next Week

Tropical Depression 26W formed in the Western Pacific Sunday morning and is expected to strengthen as it moves slowly northwestward. It may pass near or to the southwest of Guam during the middle of next week. A tropical wave is also organizing east of the Philippines. Elsewhere, the tropics are quiet at this time with no tropical development expected over the next couple of days.
