Storms Kill Two - Now Deep South
A total of 28 tornado reports were received by the Storm Prediction Center on Sunday. Even if some of these are duplicates, we've had over 100 tornadoes this month, the 5th worst November ever (worst was 2004 with 150).
70 hail reports were issued yesterday, up to 2.5" diameter in Texas. 62 high wind reports were issued, up to 80 mph in Missouri.
There were at least two deaths blamed on the storms:
RIPLEY MO: 1 LARGE 2 STORY HOUSE DESTROYED. ONE 74-YEAR OLD MALE LIVING ON SECOND FLOOR DIED. TWO INDIVIDUALS LIVING ON FIRST FLOOR NOT INJURED. TWO MOBILE HOMES DAMAGED WITH ROOFS PEELED OFF.
