Rose Parade forecast: Dry, warmer-than-normal morning forecast for Pasadena

The 129th Rose Parade will tour through the streets of Pasadena, California, ahead of the Rose Bowl Game on New Year's Day.
The parade kicks off at 8 a.m. PST (11 a.m. EST) and features a lineup of floats made from flowers and other natural materials. More than 900 volunteers make the spectacle possible.
Those heading to the parade can expect a dry day.
For paradegoers lining up early for the best views, temperatures will hover in the 50s around 6 a.m. local time. By 10 a.m., spectators can expect temperatures in the 60s.
Conditions will be warmer than normal for this time of year, according to AccuWeather Meteorologist Maura Kelly.
As the parade gets underway, mild conditions will hold with temperatures in the low to mid-70s. Sunny to partly cloudy conditions will persist throughout the afternoon.
The Rose Parade will be broadcast on major TV networks across the United States.
