V-Storm Technicolor, Huge AL Storms
Real quick, here's a technicolor update, a shot of the storm at 6:30 PM:
Massive storms are tearing through Alabama this hour. Notice their intensity on the image above, then check out the radar images below from AccuWeather.com RadarPlus, showing three tornadic signatures in Central Alabama leaving trails of thousands of lightning strikes.
We're talking massive storms registering as high as 72 dBZ on the radars. A couple tornadoes have been reported on the ground from these storms. Below is the StormMatrix, summarizing today's severe weather.
