NMM Model Snowfall For Weekend Storm
The NMM Forecast Model [JessePedia] has lowered its expectations for snowfall with the 18Z run this afternoon. This morning it was calling for over 10 inches of snow in eastern Pennsylvania. We'll see what happens with tonight's run, and by tomorrow morning the 4KM WRF model should have a snow map. Stay tuned...18Z NMM SNOWFALL:
The overall coverage of the snow storm (from central Ohio through New York City & Boston) is similar with both runs, but the heaviest area has shifted from northeast to southwest Pennsylvania.
