2018 Masters: Sunshine to return on Sunday after soggy Saturday
Rain on Saturday disrupted what would have otherwise been a dry Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Club. Sunshine and cooler weather are set to return on Sunday.
It's been a temperature roller coaster this week in Augusta, with above-normal warmth during the practice rounds but cooler-than-normal conditions for Thursday's first round.
Temperatures rebounded on Friday before Saturday's rain held temperatures to the 60s. A high in the mid-70s is more common this time of year.
Inclement weather is not expected to persist into Sunday's final round.
"The forecast for Sunday will improve, with a mix of sun and some clouds through the day," AccuWeather Meteorologist Brian Thompson said. "It will be chilly in the morning with temperatures near 40, but highs will get to around 65 F in the afternoon."
A breeze out of the northeast may blow early, but the wind should not be a significant factor.

The combination of the breeze and sunshine should help to dry out the greens.
Calmer winds will follow for the afternoon when the coveted green jacket will be claimed.
