...HIGH SURF ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM CHST THURSDAY... * WHAT...Large breaking waves of 8 to 10 feet. * WHERE...North facing reefs of Chuuk. * WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An elevated northeast swell is moving through Chuuk. Hazardous surf up to 10 feet along north-facing reefs is expected to slowly decrease over the next few days. Surf will likely remain around 9 feet through early Thursday afternoon. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions. &&
