I will discuss the upcoming snow events for eastern and Atlantic Canada later today/this evening.....

Here is what the latest ECMWF long-range model is showing. The cold coming down through the Rockies and Prairies (Feb. 18-24) makes sense and agrees with the GFS pattern as a strong ridge builds off the West Coast allowing cold air to dump into the Prairies while a stormy pattern takes place into the Great Lakes region.
