The National Weather Service in Duluth has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening. * AFFECTED AREA...In Wisconsin, Douglas, Bayfield, Burnett, Washburn and Sawyer. * WINDS...South 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph on Monday. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 16 percent on Monday. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control.
