Long range update

Instead of just interpreting the latest ECMWF long range model like I have been doing for quite some time now I will also be taking into account several other factors (other models, natural oscillations, current observations and my own experience) when it comes to drawing up these maps. By doing this I hope to further increase the accuracy of these long range maps as we head into winter.
