Following four rounds of voting, AccuWeather's weather movie madness tournament has concluded with a champion: "Twister."
In the spirit of March Madness and the NCAA Tournament, AccuWeather's editorial team decided to create its own tournament of sorts, focused on 16 movies about the weather or films with strong weather themes over the past 30 years.
The original field of 16 featured popular animated winter tales such as "Frozen'"and "Ice Age," apocalyptic thrillers such as "Geostorm" and "The Day After Tomorrow" as well as movies based on real-life storms such as "The Perfect Storm" and "The Finest Hours."
Here are the results from the 'final four' round of voting, which took place over the weekend. The see the previous voting results, click here and here.

"Twister" received 75% of the vote (728 votes), while "The Perfect Storm" accounted for the remaining 25% (248 votes).
