A cold week 11 is in store for many NFL fans in the Midwest and Northeast this weekend, while a storm may douse fans in the Pacific Northwest.
For the fourth and final time this season, the NFL will take a game outside the United States. But rather than England, the league will send the Patriots and Raiders to play in Mexico City.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Cleveland Browns - 1 p.m. EDT
Fans heading to FirstEnergy Stadium will want to bundle up with multiple layers and hand warmers as cold and snowy conditions are forecast in Cleveland.
Temperatures for much of the game between the Jaguars and Browns will hover in the mid-30s with snow showers in the area.
There is the potential for a few heavier bursts of snow through the game. Gusty northwesterly winds will make it feel much colder though with AccuWeather RealFeel® Temperatures in the lower 20s throughout the game.
Quarterbacks may have trouble passing the ball due to northwesterly winds moving at 15-25 mph. The winds could also impact the kicking game.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Miami Dolphins - 1 p.m. EDT
Sunshine and dry weather will make for a nice day in Miami as the Dolphins and Buccaneers meet at Hard Rock Stadium.
This game was originally slated for the opening week of the season but was rescheduled due to the impacts from Hurricane Irma.
Temperatures will start in the lower 70s for anyone tailgating in the morning but will rise to 80 F at kickoff. The high temperature during the game will be 84, so fans will want to stay hydrated during the afternoon.
Baltimore Ravens at Green Bay Packers - 1 p.m. EDT
Packers and Ravens fans planning to spend the afternoon at Lambeau Field will want to bundle up with multiple layers.
While it will be chilly, it will stay dry with sunshine and some clouds around throughout the day.
Temperatures before the game will start in the mid-20s then rise to 27 degrees Fahrenheit for kickoff. Highs during the game will rise to only about 30 F.
Winds may impact the passing and kicking game with a gusty westerly wind at 8-16 mph.
DetroitLions at Chicago Bears - 1 p.m. EDT
Two NFC North foes will meet at Soldier Field as the Bears and Lions meet for the first time this year.
Dry and chilly weather is forecast in Chicago on Sunday. Fans tailgating prior to the game will need to bundle up with multiple layers as temperatures will start the day in the upper 20s before reaching 33 around kickoff.
The high temperature during the game will only be 36 degrees Fahrenheit, but a gusty wind will keep AccuWeather RealFeel® Temperatures in the 20s throughout the game.
Winds out of the northwest at 10-20 mph could impact the passing and kicking game.
Los Angeles Rams at Minnesota Vikings - 1 p.m. EDT
It will be dry and sunny in Minneapolis as the Vikings take on the Rams at U.S. Bank Stadium.
For fans tailgating outside the stadium in the morning, temperatures will start in the lower 20s, rising to about 30 degrees Fahrenheit for the start of the game.
As fans leave the stadium after the game, they can expect sunshine with temperatures in the upper 30s.
Arizona Cardinals at Houston Texans - 1 p.m. EDT
It will be dry and mainly sunny in Houston as the Texans take on the Cardinals. For fans tailgating outside of NRG Stadium in the morning, temperatures will start out in the middle 50s with a good deal of sunshine.
If the roof is left open, fans can expect a high of 68 during the game with a moderate northeasterly wind at 8-16 mph.
Kansas City Chiefs at New York Giants - 1 p.m. EDT
Dry and chilly weather is forecast for East Rutherford as the Chiefs head into MetLife Stadium to face the Giants.
Pregame tailgaters will encounter temperatures in the mid-40s, but a gusty northwest wind will cause AccuWeather Realfeel® Temperatures to dip into the 30s.
The kickoff temperatures will be around 50 and will slowly fall through the afternoon into the mid-40s.
Winds will be out of the west-northwest at 15-25 mph which can make passing and kicking difficult.
WashingtonRedskins at New Orleans Saints - 1 p.m. EDT
It will be a cool but pleasant day in New Orleans as the Saints host the Redskins at Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
For fans tailgating before the game, jackets will be needed as temperatures will start out in the middle 50s with sunshine and a few clouds.
Buffalo Bills at Los Angeles Chargers - 4:05 p.m. EDT
A dry afternoon with a mix of sun and clouds is forecast as the Bills head to Southern California to meet the Chargers.
Temperatures before the game for fans tailgating will be in the middle 60s, rising to 73 for kickoff, which is right around normal for this time of year in Carson.
By the end of the game, temperatures will be in the upper 60s.
Cincinnati Bengals at Denver Broncos - 4:25 p.m. EDT
Jackets will be needed as the Broncos host the Bengals at Sports Authority Field at Mile High during a dry and sunny afternoon.
Temperatures will approach 60 prior to kickoff; a normal high in Denver for this time of year is 54.
By the end of the game, temperatures will be closer to 50.
New England Patriots at Oakland Raiders - 4:25 p.m. EDT
The NFL will play its third ever game in Mexico City as the Patriots and Raiders square off at Estadio Azteca.
As is typically the case in Mexico City this time of year, the weather will be beautiful and will have little impact on the game.
Along with sunshine and dry weather, temperatures will be close to 70 around kickoff and rise a few degrees during the first half of the game, before sinking back into the upper 60s by the end of the matchup, when it will be dark.
One additional factor that could come into play is the elevation. This game is being played at 7,382 feet above sea level, which could impacts players due to the smaller amount of oxygen available because of altitude.
Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys - 8:30 p.m. EDT
Tranquil, but cooler conditions are forecast for Sunday night in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The cooler air will bring temperatures to around 50 by the start of kickoff and could cause the roof at AT&T Stadium to remain closed.
Afternoon tailgaters can look forward to sunshine and highs in the 60s.
Fans may want to bring a jacket for the ride home after the game as temperatures dip into the 40s.
Atlanta Falcons at Seattle Seahawks - Monday at 8:30 p.m. EDT
It will be cloudy and cool as the Falcons and Seahawks meet at CenturyLink Field on Monday night.
While there will be rain at times in Seattle on Sunday and late Monday night, there is expected to be a break in the wet weather for the game.
Temperatures are likely to be in the 40s at kickoff and throughout the game.
