The changes in the forecast since yesterday was to pull the blizzard area east into northern Minnesota and parts of the eastern Dakotas. That area will get high winds over 40 mph with heavy snow over 6 inches. Parts of Wyoming will also get blizzard conditions Thursday. Travel conditions will be very poor, and in some areas, roads will be closed due to the heavy snow and wind-blown snow.
