Florida wildfire captured from space using GOES-16 satellite

The West Mims Fire burning in the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refugee was captured on May 6, by the GOES-16 geocolor imagery satellite. The fire began April 6 and has burned an estimated at 130,942 acres. The wildfire may not be fully contained for months.
