Low-lying farmland near the river also begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 13.9 feet tomorrow evening.
