Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 122 PM PST, Widespread moderate to locally heavy rainfall continues across the Las Vegas Valley this afternoon. Minor flooding is ongoing in washes....low water crossings...and low lying basins. Between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen across the valley. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.50 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
