When: Beginning tonight and ending from west to east through the day Friday. Additional information: Snow at times heavy will affect the area beginning tonight. In addition to the snow, strong northerly winds gusting as high as 70 km/h are expected to develop on Thursday easing through the day on Friday. The strong winds will cause blowing snow that could lead to near zero visibility at times in combination with the heavy snowfall. There is still some uncertainty with the low pressure system's track and therefore the swath of heaviest snow. Total snowfall amounts of 30 to 50 cm are possible with the potential for local amounts exceeding 50 cm. ### Roads and walkways will likely be very difficult to navigate.
