Warmup Comes to Atlanta

Atlanta may have its warmest day of the year at midweek, thanks to an early spring warmup.

The city may reach 80 F on Wednesday or Thursday, backed by a south-southwest breeze.

It should stay dry for the remainder of the week until Friday when some showers or thunderstorms could arrive. Friday will stay warm with a high temperature in the upper 70s.

Stark, KS had 4.5 inches of rain from the night of the 30th into the 1st, and Neodesha, KS had 15 inches of rain over the weekend.
