Recent Sweet Central PA Sunrise/Sunset Shots

I've been lucky enough to catch a few brilliant sunrises and sunsets in the past few weeks, from my porch here in State College, Pennsylvania, home of AccuWeather HQ [Google Map]. One of the best sunrises that I've seen in years, perhaps ever, took place last Tuesday, November 29th (click to view all photos):

The above is a panorama created with ArcSoft Panorama Maker 6 Pro, which I recently reviewed in a Gadget Blog. I then modified it slightly with Oloneo Photo Engine, an HDR-processing program, to bring out the contrast and color (but even the shots straight out of the camera are impressive).

Then I took these photos last Thursday evening at the same location (on the way home from work):
