Ophelia Buoy & Canada Hits
Environment Canada (Canada's government weather service) warns residents of Nova Scotia:
"Current indications suggest post-tropical Ophelia will cross southwestern Newfoundland near the port-aux-basques area Sunday morning then move rapidly across the southern half of the island during the day. Wreckhouse winds will also accompany this storm with gusts to 120 km/h Sunday morning and afternoon."

Ophelia caused 23-foot waves with 59 mph wind gusts at Buoy 44004, located off the coast of Delaware, and 19-foot waves with 55 mph wind gusts at Buoy 44008, which just came out of the center of the storm southeast of Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts.
