Flood Watches From Canada to Mexico

Flood watches were in effect in the Plains from the southern to the northern border of the United States on Friday morning. To quote our Breaking Weather News Page (PREMIUM | PRO):

Because most of the flooding is forecast, there has not been much Google News on the floods yet, except out of Texas, where some evacuations took place.
