70+ Inches Snow, Levee Break, Avalanches

Continuing coverage on the Western storm... a Nevada levee break has trapped 3,500 residents (Bloomberg). A skier was killed yesterday in an avalanche in Colorado; another avalanche has blocked a road in Idaho today. Several reports of overturned cars and trucks have come in from Colorado as the winds hit there.
