New Weekly Long-Range Forecast Update

This is my latest interpretation of the ECMWF long range forecast model that goes into the middle of May....

Based on this model and other sources, I certainly do not seen any significant warm spells anytime soon across most of Canada and the eastern two-thirds of the U.S. However, Atlantic Canada will experience a period of above-normal temperatures.
