This year, The Beach Boys, Kathie Lee Griffin, Manheim Steamroller and the U.S. Navy Band will perform during the ceremony.
Weather conditions should cooperate for the ceremony with temperatures falling into the upper 40s F.
A partly cloudy sky is in store. While mostly dry weather is expected, there is a slight chance for rain as the evening progresses.

"However, if it were to rain, it would be very light and wouldn't last long," AccuWeather Senior Meteorologist Tom Kines said.
The tree is a living Colorado blue spruce. Each year, a special exhibition is set up near the tree, displaying ornaments from each state and territory. More than a third are made by ordinary Americans.
Those who can't attend will be able to view the ceremony on the Hallmark Channel on Dec. 4.
