Dry, mild weather to span the week in Germany
Dry weather is expected across most of Germany during the middle of the week, providing several opportunities to get outdoors.
An area of high pressure over southern Scandinavia will supply drier air from the east into Germany and shield the country from any significant storms.
A storm will approach from the west; however, the strong area of high pressure will cause it to weaken dramatically and turn southward before reaching Germany.
Showers will move into Belgium and Netherlands but fail to reach western Germany. A soaking rain will accompany the low southward across France.

The weather will remain dry into Thursday country-wide as high pressure remains in control. Along with the dry weather, there will be partly sunny skies as it remains seasonably mild.
High temperatures will range 7-9 C (44-48 F) on Thursday from Hamburg to Berlin and Frankfurt to Munich. A few of the warmest spots in southern Germany will reach 10 C (50 F).
Largely dry and mild weather will continue across Germany from Friday into the weekend. The exception will be eastern Germany where a few spotty showers will be possible each day.
The greatest threat for showers on Friday will be in areas from Dresden to Berlin. Even if a shower occurs, it will be light and last less than 20 minutes.
Brief showers will be possible on Saturday and Sunday from Dresden to Munich, though much of the weekend will remain dry.
