Update on the Weekly Long-Range Model Forecast

This is my interpretation of the Monday evening update of the ECMWF long-range forecast through the week of Sept. 2-8.

Note: Based on this latest update and other factors, it looks like atmospheric conditions will become favorable for a significant uptick in tropical cyclone activity the last week of August, especially over the Caribbean and perhaps into the Gulf of Mexico.
