Long Range Clues through September
This is my interpretation of the latest ECMWF long range forecast model that goes through most of September.
The model continues to forecast above-normal sea level pressures across much of the tropical Atlantic, Caribbean and Gulf during September, which would inhibit tropical development. However, the model also hints that the best chance of tropical development would actually be from the Bahamas and up along the Gulf Stream and then east toward Bermuda.
