Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Carlton, South and Central St. Louis, Cook and Lake Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Bois Forte Band, Lake Vermilion area, the Grand Portage Reservation and the Fond du Lac Band. This also includes the Boundary Waters eastern and central area. * WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A corridor of locally higher snowfall amounts are possible somewhere in the warning area.
