Unusual Below Zero Streaks, Redux
Last week I published a blog entry about an unusually long below-zero streak in Gunnison, Colorado. At the time, blog reader Trent said that the record had been broken and the station had not reported a temperature above zilch for 73 hours. Today Trent writes:
"International Falls's below zero streak ended this morning; their last zero reading was at 555 am. Their total streak was exactly 100 hours, still more than 89 hours short of Gunnison's streak!"
