This year, it's raining, though there was some snow in front of the rain over much of the state, I can't say for sure that it fell here overnight. Today's potential icy situation was not unlike what happened in 2006, only the storm was on the other side of us.
*Estimated temps. Like 2007, our high temperature was early (2 am) and it dropped from there; has been a steady 35 since sunrise. If it stays there, that would tie for the 2nd coldest Thanksgiving afternoon in this list.
I have adjusted the numbers above to be from Penn State's official records. Normals for this date are 31/45, so this year would definitely rate as chilly (and dreary). I may add a graph later today or tomorrow. How's your Thanksgiving weather? Leave me a comment below.
