Softball Size Hail in Georgia
Softball sized hail (4.25" in diameter, sounds painful) was reported 5 miles north of Americus, Georgia at 3:26 p.m. Eastern Time today.
Baseball sized hail was also reported earlier in Fort Mitchell, Alabama. Four tornadoes have been reported so far today. Some wind damage has also been reported.
