Snowquester Buries Mid-Atlantic With Snow
The "Snowquester" storm (named as such by Capital Weather Gang because it came during the first week of the government sequester) has already dropped more than a foot of snow in the higher elevations of Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and southern Pennsylvania.
