NOAA Weather Radio Added to Y2K7 List

I have added a quick update to the J-SHOW about Y2K7 from Monday. It turns out that the NOAA Weather Radio system is one more item to add to the non-compatible list. The NWS [JessePedia] in Blacksburg, VA issued this statement Monday:

Fortunately, it doesn't sound like this is a nationwide problem, and it sounds like it only affected "the time announcement." But unless any warnings were issued in Virginia Monday, we can't really be sure how they would have been affected.
