UPDATE: A State of Emergency has also been declared in the state of Maine.

ORIGINAL POST:

Fox News is showing on-air footage of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, where severe flooding is ongoing early this afternoon. States of emergency have been declared in both states.

Over five inches of rain fell in these areas. More information is available from various news sources.
