BREAKING NEWS: Fox News is showing live on-air footage at 5:45 PM Eastern, of a large tank of oil on fire at a refinery in New Jersey. CBS3 has a story and video. This is a link to a Google Map from the location of West Deptford, NJ, where you can see several refineries. Here is a lightning map from the area showing lightning strikes between 4PM and 6PM (approximate location of refinery shown at the X):

As you can see, there was plenty of lightning in the area. See also zoomed out map showing Philly or download a radar loop of the storm.
