Is That Felix in the Caribbean?
The NHC [JessePedia]said this morning: "SATELLITE IMAGES AND SURFACE OBSERVATIONS INDICATE THAT THE TROPICAL WAVE AND ASSOCIATED LOW PRESSURE AREA LOCATED ABOUT 250 MILES EAST OF THE WINDWARD ISLANDS COULD BE DEVELOPING INTO A TROPICAL DEPRESSION" If this happens, and turns into a Tropical Storm, it would be Felix.
AccuWeather.com Professional's Joe Bastardi [BIO] (PRO) says simply "I will be focusing on that [wave] as Felix to develop in the Caribbean and head west this weekend." The current Model Spread [JessePedia] from our Pro site agrees:
