INT: Lightning Power Outage in Namibia
After a major power company announced it could no longer provide reliable power to Windhoek, Namibia (where?) earlier this month, residents of the capital city assumed they were to blame when when the lights went out on Sunday... and Monday nights.
While I have no way of verifying this because a lightning network doesn't exist in southwestern Africa, the city spokesperson blamed the outages on lightning strikes.
