Icestorm Update: Amounts, 600,000 Without Power
The ice storm continues in the Plains. 600,000 are without power now (AP) and 17 have been killed by the storm. We are starting to get some very impressive photos from AccuWeather.com visitors, including a couple pix from our Wichita Office and a great set from jazzy4u84. Lincoln, KS: 1.0"
Warren County, IA: 1.0"
Saint Joseph, MO: 1.0"
Falls City, NE: 0.75"*
Quincy, IL: 0.60"
Lake Geneva, WI: 0.50"*
