Heat Wave July 2010 Wallpaper: Thanks for the Memories
Our AccuWeather.com Facebook Fans expressed themselves during the recent heat wave in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast U.S. by uploading pictures of their yard thermometers and electronic weather stations reading over 100 degrees. I compiled them into a collage that can be used as desktop wallpaper. Thanks for the memories Fans!

Officially, temperatures were as high as 106 degrees in Virginia. All in all, there were 282 record highs and 148 record high lows broken -- for a total of 430 records broken (and hundreds more tied).
