Hawaii Flooding Update
I haven't followed this story as closely as I should have this weekend. Check out Ken Clark's Blog from March 31st (PREMIUM | PRO) for commentary. He says that two cities in Hawaii have received a year's worth of rain in the first 3 months of 2006.
Paul Yeager (PREMIUM | PRO) also has some stats in his blog.
Movie theater seats stand in floodwaters at Kahala Mall on Friday, March 31, 2006, in Honolulu. The mall had to be evacuated as toys, food, chairs and other debris floated in brown murky water inside the shopping center. Flood waters rushed through the theater complex and then flooded some of the 90 shops with more than a foot of water. (AP Photo/Honolulu Star-Bulletin, Leila Fujimori)
