Funnel-rific East Wednesday, Poconos Tornado
It was a funnel-riffic Wednesday with a tornado reported in the Poconos in Pennsylvania, possibly another in New Jersey, and a tornado in South Carolina. Here's a YouTube video and article from AccuWeather Channel 69 about the Poconos Tornado which NWS has rated EF-2. See also Comment below about New York state tornadoes.
I'll quote our news article:

Jesse,
Just an FYI. In addition to the (2) EF-2 tornadoes in Monroe Co. PA and Sussex Co. NJ, there was also an EF-0 tornado confirmed by NWS Upton NY in Orange Co. NY from the same supercell that produced the EF-2 in Sussex Co. NJ.
NWS Binghamton NY also confirmed an EF-0 tornado in Wyoming Co. PA, a little bit northwest of Scranton.
All in all, 4 tornadoes is the current count from Wednesday's Severe weather in the M-A/N-E.
