Flooding in Pacific NW
Flooding will be likely today across the coastal Pacific Northwest due to continued heavy rain. To quote our Weather Headlines (PREMIUM | PRO):
As a result of the impending flooding, the National Weather Service has issued assorted Flood advisories (PREMIUM | PRO) for the area.
Many gauges in the Portland, Oregon area are reporting over four inches so far this month, with the one on Yeon Street taking the cake, reporting 4.87" so far.
According to government water monitoring gauges, several rivers are already experiencing minor flooding this morning.
