Kathryn Martin, 28, of Evansville, Ind. stands in front of CJs Bus Wednesday, June 27, 2007 in Evansville, Ind. The bus is being constructed to be a safe haven for children in a disaster. Martin is the mother of 2-year-old C.J. Martin, who was the youngest victim of the Nov. 6, 2005 tornado that swept through southwestern Indiana and killed dozens of people. On July 1, 2007 Indiana will enact a law requiring residents who live in mobile homes to have radios designed to receive urgent warnings from the National Weather Service.
