Central PA T-Storms 8/7

A couple of thunderstorms passed near my house here in State College, Pennsylvania, home of AccuWeather HQ [Google Map] yesterday afternoon. I didn't see much out of them, just one faint lightning bolt and a few cloud pics. If I would have gotten home in time I could have taken some decent lightning pics. I was hyped because it was passing south of town, which makes it perfect for observation from my back porch (I have a crumby view to my north and west, where they usually come from). But alas, the storm lost its lightning as it passed south of my location.
Ron Shawley (JohnstownWildfire) had better luck from his post down near Johnstown, PA, getting this lightning shot and more, including a rainbow.
