Through LightningPlus, real-time, interactive, street-level lightning strike data is available for the United States, Puerto Rico, Southern Canada and Northern Mexico.

Each level of service comes with an interactive map of street-level lightning strikes from the last two hours, color-coded by time. Email or SMS alerts (not available in the Bronze package) are sent for estimated arrival and departure when lightning strikes are forecast to occur in your area. This add-on package for AccuWeather.com RadarPlus allows users to view lightning data along with radar, satellite, and surface observation information.
