The FoxNews on-air aerial video footage shows waters surrounding at least one house. Ironically, Governor Schwarzenegger just declared a State of Emergency based on levee weaknesses.

The Associated Press is reporting this morning that a levee break is flooding farmland in Sonoma County, California:
