Big hail hits Red Lion, Pennsylvania
A torrent of hail hit Red Lion, Pennsylvania, yesterday (in York County). Here is a video:
This is what it looked like on radar. What you're looking at here is a one-hour "track" of where hail fell from this storm. Note that after dumping all this hail on Red Lion (the storm was moving from northeast to southwest) the hail stopped.

The maximum size estimated by radar was 1.50 inches in diameter but the more impressive measure was the amount, which looked to be at least 6 inches in some places. More photos are available here.
