Extremely high winds were reported on Christmas Eve Day (December 24th) in Montana and Idaho.

Winds Reported Over 70 mph:

Bearskin Creek, ID: 91 mph
Glacier, MT: 89 mph
Logan Pass, MT: 87 mph
Hillsborough, MT: 78 mph
Soldier Mountain, ID: 78 mph
Deep Creek, MT: 75 mph
Bighorn Mountain, MT: 74 mph
Deep Creek, MT: 71 mph

The Helena Independent Record says that power lines were downed and roofs removed from sheds. There was some damage to a local church's roof.
