Our Subway Scholar Athlete of the Week is Willows High School senior Samantha Parisio.
Samantha is a three-sport star for the Honkers, playing volleyball, basketball and softball.
She's currently a setter for the volleyball team and playing the position well! Parisio leads the Northern Section with 434 assists, also good for 23rd in state, for the 22-3 Honkers.
But, Samantha's first love is softball and earlier this week she signed a letter of intent to play for Northwest University, an NAIA school out of Kirkland, WA.
Outside of sports, Samantha takes pride in her studies as she carries a 3.83 GPA.
She's heavily involved in FFA and wants to become a teacher.
Congratulations to Willows High's Samantha Parisio, our Subway Scholar Athlete of the Week.
