Ten Longest Indoor Ski Slopes in the World
#1: AlpinCenter - Bottrop, Germany Officially the longest indoor slope in the world, the AlpinCenter is a massive 2100 feet long and 98 feet wide. There is also an apres ski disco after the boots come off.
#2: Snowhall - Amneville, France Until recently Snowhall was the longest indoor ski run in the world at 2030 feet long and 114 feet wide. The structure is built on an abandoned coal tip and although it was originally constructed for training racers, it’s now more widely used by tourists.
#3 SnowWorld - Landgraaf, Holland Claiming the title of largest indoor ski area at 114,829 square feet, SnowWorld’s longest run comes in at 1706 feet long, 82 feet wide. After that long run you might be tempted by the on-site fondu restaurant.
4: SNORAS Snow Arena - Druskininkai, Lithuania Opened in August 2011, the SNORAS Snow Arena is the fourth longest ski slope in the world with a 1476 foot long and 164 wide main run. The Snow Arena also houses two restaurants and a wine shop for a respite from the slope.
